Jobbify Terms of Service

1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Jobbify web service, available at jobbify.me (hereinafter: "Service").

2. The owner and operator of the Service is Software Development BŁAŻEJ SUSZKA, located at ul. Spacerowa 17, 62-404 Ciążeń, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 9721298000 (hereinafter: "Provider").

3. Contact: info@jobbify.me.

4. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Service — the Jobbify web application available at jobbify.me and the associated Chrome browser extension.

2. User — a natural person who uses the Service.

3. Account — an individual User account in the Service, created upon registration.

4. Credits — billing units entitling the User to use paid features of the Service (CV generation).

5. Profile — a collection of the User's professional data used to generate CVs.

1. The Service enables Users to:

a) conduct an AI interview to create a professional profile,

b) automatically generate CVs tailored to specific job offers,

c) manage the history of generated CVs,

d) use the Chrome extension to generate CVs on job listing websites.

2. Some features are available for free (AI interview, profile creation). CV generation requires Credits.

3. The Provider reserves the right to modify the scope of services, notifying Users in advance.

1. Registration requires providing an email address and password, and confirming the email address.

2. The User agrees to provide accurate data and to keep login credentials confidential.

3. One Account may only be assigned to one User.

4. The Provider may block or delete an Account in case of Terms violation.

1. Credits can be purchased through the Stripe payment system.

2. Available Credit packages and their prices are displayed on the purchase page.

3. Prices are shown in Polish zloty (PLN), euros (EUR), or US dollars (USD) depending on the User's location.

4. Purchased Credits do not expire.

5. Payment is a one-time purchase for the selected package — the Service does not use subscriptions.

6. Invoices and payment confirmations are generated by the Stripe system.

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion (Credit purchase) without giving a reason.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform the Provider by email at info@jobbify.me.

3. In case of withdrawal, the Provider shall refund all payments received no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.

4. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the User has used the purchased Credits before the withdrawal period expires — in such case, the refund applies only to unused Credits (proportionally).

1. Complaints regarding the Service should be sent to info@jobbify.me.

2. A complaint should include: User data, problem description, and expected resolution.

3. The Provider will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

4. The User will be informed of the outcome by email.

1. The Provider makes every effort to ensure the Service operates correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

2. CVs generated by the Service are auxiliary in nature. The User is responsible for verifying and using the generated documents.

3. The Provider is not responsible for the content of data entered by the User.

4. The Provider does not guarantee that using the Service will result in the User's employment.

1. The Service, its source code, graphics, logos, and content are the property of the Provider and are protected by copyright law.

2. The User retains full rights to content they enter into the Service (profile data, CVs).

3. Generated CVs are the property of the User, who may use them without restrictions.

1. The User may delete their Account at any time from the Service settings.

2. Account deletion permanently removes all User data, including profile, CV history, and unused Credits.

3. Account deletion is irreversible.

1. The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms.

2. Users will be notified of changes by email or through a notice in the Service at least 14 days in advance.

3. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.

2. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office, subject to consumer protection regulations.

3. Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

4. These Terms take effect on February 18, 2026.
